The 2025 Manufacturing Suppliers Expo is an event dedicated to connecting buyers and sellers within the regional manufacturing industry. Now in its second year, the expo will take place on October 20-21, 2025, at the Mirabeau Park Hotel and Convention Center in Spokane Valley, Washington.

To ensure a focused environment, the number of vendor booths is limited to 25. This allows manufacturers committed to the supply chain to showcase their products to a targeted audience. The event is open to all attendees interested in networking with regional manufacturers.

The primary emphasis of this expo is on networking and building connections. There will be no presentations or speakers; instead, attendees are encouraged to interact directly with vendors, learn about their products, and establish potential partnerships for future business.

Pricing Information:

• Vendor Booth: $850  
• Attendance Fee: $35  

Sponsorships are available with the following benefits:

• $500: Social media promotion and sponsorship recognition  
• $1,000: Two monthly newsletter ads, social media promotion, and sponsorship recognition  
• $1,500: Free 8×10 vendor booth, two newsletter ads, social media promotion, and sponsorship recognition  
• $2,000+: Dedicated hotel room for meetings, free 8×10 vendor booth, two newsletter ads, social media promotion, and sponsorship recognition  

Booth vendors receive a 1-year Featured Listing in Aerospace Vendors and inclusion in the December/January Northwest Aerospace News Resource Guide.
