Description:
The Sales Engineer pursues leads, qualifies prospects, and manages all aspects of the sales process for both new and existing customers. The Sales Engineer also creates and maintains relationships with business partners.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain, and grow an existing account base focused on promoting company products and services
• Develop strong customer relationships at all levels (plant engineers, research and technology experts, purchasing managers, and senior management)
• Responsible for development and delivery of sales presentation and product demonstrations at customer locations
• Prepare quotes and write customer implementation plans as appropriate
• Perform post-sale customer follow-up
• Maintain an accurate prospect and customer database
• Attend and present the technology at trade shows and symposiums
• Represent CGTech in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Practical working experience in NC programming
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications
• Recent experience with VERICUT
• Practical working CAD/CAM experience
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
