Title: Production Finisher

Description: Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or GED and 3 yrs. experience working in a like position in a manufacturing environment. In this position, employees are daily responsible for setting up and executing assembly functions (insert installation, fastening, bonding and spot welding, part marking, masking, sanding, measuring) consistent with Altek’s Quality Standards. They will follow pre-existing Standard Work Instructions as well as establish new ones per Altek format. Also, evaluate and trouble shoot issues and training of others on Department processes. And, will work in a team environment to plan and achieve goals set by Supervisors and Managers. Successful candidates will possess manual dexterity, be able to work standing for full shift, read and understand assembly drawings, and operate an assortment of small hand tools. The individual(s) chosen to fulfill this position must be able to work with various individuals and departments in a team environment and have a quality conscious attitude and pride of ownership in performing their designated responsibilities.
