Hawk Ridge Systems is hiring an experienced Marketo Campaign Administrator who will be the driving force behind empowering marketing success with Marketo. Hawk Ridge Systems is a fast-paced B2B sales organization. You must be an advanced Marketo user who can create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, create workflows and manage nurture programs, segment, maintain database hygiene programs, and report on results. Strong team leadership skills, proactive communication, organization and attention to detail are fundamental to the success of this position. This position is remote, or in office. Located in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
• Campaign management for customer engagement for new customer acquisition and retention. Create, design, implement end-to-end marketing campaigns by industry, solutions, target audience
• Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to target content for email nurturing and programs that move leads through the buying process
• Establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities
• Develop campaign landing pages and conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates
• Track and measure marketing campaign ROI, attribution and sales effectiveness
• Work with outside marketing agencies, CRM administrators, and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure data is clean, campaigns are executed on time, and marketing metrics are reported accurately
• Own marketing automation implementation process from start-to-end (which includes collaboration with other team members to achieve desired results); audience/segmentation, campaign assets definition, campaign design, lead hand-off to sales process, and post-campaign reporting
• Integrate Marketo forms and assets with website and CRM
• Leverage Marketo software to optimize reporting for funnel metrics, including contacts, suspects, MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, Wins, ROI, etc, and putting these into easy to read KPI dashboards for executive review.
• Own all the marketing systems that interface with Marketo to ensure accuracy in the information flowing between them
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
• 2+ years of experience as an administrator of Marketo – certification preferred but not required
• 2+ years of campaign management
• Advanced experience with developing and maintaining Marketo integration with CRM (NetSuite and Salesforce preferred)
• Understanding of the B2B lead funnel and strategies to optimize lead conversions
• Basic experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript, WordPress
• Marketing operations experience as it relates to email nurturing, funnel optimization, and database management.
• Thorough understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements
• Respect for sales people and a reseller type working environment
• Desire to continually improve the customer journey
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Act as the Marketo power-user for the marketing team & implement campaigns
• Deliver content with predictable consistency, efficiency, and success
